Traffic Technology Ltd provides and manufactures innovative products for Road Safety and Sustainable Transportation Monitoring.

We have an opening for a Sales Administrator to cover the following areas

You will be responsible for processing incoming orders from customers, liaising with suppliers and delivery couriers and working closely with our internal sales and production department.

Responsibilities and Duties

Duties will include

  • Providing product advice to customers
  • Informing customers of prices, shipping dates and handling any related issues.
  • Order entry processing
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Chasing up quotes with customers
  • Working with CRM software and our website platforms
  • Frequent communication with customers advising them of order information
  • Sending quotations to customers. Filing quotes and orders
  • Updating order books
  • Serving customers collecting orders
  • Other duties as required from time to time
